Very beautiful!

Everything about this place is beautiful. They have a cactus house, orchid house, and ponds with turtles and fish. They have plants and trees from all over the world, stunning sculptures and statues, and pretty walkways with plenty of benches to rest.
There is also a cafe which serves drinks and ice cream. When we went they had a Chili exhibit and we got to see the hottest chili in the world!
A great place for parents and children alike! Although, parents should be cautious that their children don't touch the plants as some of them can cause skin irritations.

Very fun if you aren't afraid of heights!

This is NOT a destination to go to if you are even a little bit afraid of heights. My youngest daughter and I had to come back down to ground level because we were too nervous to keep going up.
My oldest daughter and husband had a blast though! They loved it.
The forest is extremely beautiful and there are a lot of fun things to do on the ground as well. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good, especially their schnitzel and salad!
The only thing that we didn't like was one of the playgrounds that they had way up high on the walkway. It made us very nervous as parents to have our children playing on something that was separated from the ground only by a thin net.
I personally wouldn't bring children under 6 years old here. Other than that, it is definitely worth a visit!
Puppenträume- und Bärenmuseum in Wels
Not as great as it could be...

I brought my daughters to this museum as they are typical young girls who love dolls and teddies.
The collection is really nice and cute, the lady who runs the museum is very friendly and sweet but, it is far too small for the price that you pay.
It should really be called an "exhibit" instead of a museum. It only has 2 rooms which take about 10-15 minutes to look through.
I was expecting an actual museum where you could learn a little about each doll and bear. So, I was very disappointed.
Feuerwehrmuseum St. Florian
You definitely get your money's worth!

St. Florian is simply beautiful. The price for the museum is very reasonable. The staff there are so friendly and helpful!
I expected a small museum but, I was quite surprised at the size of it. It is large, with many rooms and exhibits. If you spend your time looking at everything then you can easily stay there for 3-5 hours.
I think children over 6 years old would enjoy this museum. It is educational and has some cool things in it such as old fire wagons and trucks. And the best thing about it is adults can enjoy it as well.
A great family outing and I very much recommend it!
